All the information on this website has been checked for content and accuracy, but the possibility of errors does exist. All items are, to the best of our knowledge, original pieces from the era, unless otherwise stated and we work hard to ensure that all pieces are accurately described with a detailed appraised of condition

We would remind buyers that they are buying antique or vintage items which will have some wear from use unless otherwise stated. Please do not expect such purchases to be like new or without sign of age or wear, as those items are more than likely to be reproductions.

We do not provide stock on approval. 


SHIPPING

We offer free shipping for purchases within the U.K.

Postage abroad is a fixed charge of £20.00. All parcels are sent by Royal Mail - International Tracked and Signed with Insurance up to £250.00. For items of a higher value, we charge insuraance at £8.00 per £1,000 of items value.

RETURNS

We have a refund policy for purchasers in the UK if the item has been mis-described by us or we have made a significant error in the condition report. We always endeavour to ensure that our descriptions are accurate in relation to both age, authenticity and attribution. Our condition report is based on our extensive knowledge of vintage items and what can be expected from their use and handling.

Please e-mail us upon receipt of the item and within 3 days.  We will refund your payment only upon immediate return of the item to us in the same condition and method in which it was mailed or its equivalent. The item must be returned to us within 14 days of

In the event that an item does not meet your expectations, i.e. it doesn't fit or you do not like it, the above conditions apply for UK buyers.

For all international sales returns will only be accepted by prior agreement
Returns can only be agreed if the item has been mis-described by us, wrongly attributed or we have made a significant error in the condition report.

For overseas buyers a re-stocking fee of up to 10% with a maximum of £50 per item will be applied. This is due to the often long period of time it take for items to be returned from overseas and to cover our administrative fees to re-list items on our own web site and other online market place sites.

Overseas buyers must provide proof of postage and the item must be insured.

We will not accept returns for items under the following conditions:

That through the purchasers’ own use there is any deterioration in the item's condition.

Where a period, since purchase, of more than 14 days has elapsed.

Shipping and insuring the return of the item is the buyer's responsibility.

When purchasing vintage items there are often small markings and surface abrasions consistent with the age and use of the piece. We do our utmost to ensure that each vintage piece is in a good pre-loved condition. If there is distinctive wear on any item it will be outlined clearly in the description, and, or photographs. To the best of our knowledge all items are authentic.

PAYMENT

All goods and services must be paid for in full before collection or delivery. We accept payment by PayPal online, following invoice sent to you for total. We can also accept all major credit/debit cards; bank transfer, cash or UK personal cheque (to be cleared prior to shipment) by special arrangement.

All payments are to me made in £ Sterling, unless otherwise by prior agreement.

Our standard payment method is through PayPal. Once an item has been placed in your basket, submit to us and we will issue an invoice through PayPal for a final total to include postage and carriage costs. Upon payment we will despatch your item within 3 working days, fully insured. Should you wish to make payment through any other method, please contact us and we are happy to arrange payment by Bank Transfer. We do, however, stipulate that first-time customers make payment via PayPal.

Overseas buyers must pay through PayPal. Any customs duties and taxes due on import by the customer must be met by themselves.

PAYMENT PLAN

We offer a payment plan for high value items.

A 25% deposit is required, followed by 3 further equal monthly payments. Goods would only be despatched once all payments have been completed.
